Hey! I’m Ashley the proud wife of the wonderful Corey Potter Photographer. Corey and I met way back in November of 2001. I was in the 7th grade! The first time we spoke to each other was in a chat room. We both went to a student conference with our church and the chat room was from the conference website. I think we chatted with each other once and after I figured out who he was I admired him from a distance at church. In the summer of 2002 we actually became friends and on July 18, 2002 he asked me to be his girlfriend. Ever since then we’ve been best friends. We made it through the rocky teenage years and he asked me to be his wife on September 23, 2007 in a waterfall and we got married on August 16, 2008 on top of a mountain, at the young age of nineteen. Corey is the out going smart one who always has a new idea and I’m the shy quiet one who has no problem following him and his ideas no matter how crazy. I’m silly in love with him and have been since I was thirteen. I look forward to sharing our love with all of our future clients.

Right now we are in Nicaragua for a month! In July we came here with a group from our church. We came for 5 days, we felt like that wasn’t long enough at all! We decided that we could take a month off and come help out with anything the missionaries we are staying with need. We plan on taking pictures and video to send to churches in the states to help get their name out. Corey has also been working on their website. We aren’t really sure what we will be doing her for the month but we are happy to do anything. We’ll keep you updated!

- Corey’s Birthday is 1-12-88 and mine is 11-22-88 that makes us 10 months and 10 days apart.
- We have a pet snapping turtle named Houdini which is short for Houdini the terrible, who has a pet slider named Mikey which is short for Michelangelo.
- We probably wont ever grow up officially
- Our friends used to call us “coreynashley”
- Mario is our homeboy
- Corey prefers the summer and I prefer the winter but fall is the best.
- Since we’ve been able to drive we’ve had a total of 9 cars.
- We walked around Disney World for our honeymoon in a tropical storm
- We’ve never read the Harry Potter books.
- We both have aunts named Penny and cousins named Scott.
